1 INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT
Access to online service of information technology support (ITS) is a mandatory condition to supply service to your company by UNIONBA partners.

* ITS RETRO - service of information technology support for previous generation programs (UTP, UPP etc).
To contact the Hotline, you must provide the following information: Program registration number; Company name; Software version and configuration name.

2 SERVICE ITS INDUSTRY
Access to the online service INDUSTRY of the appropriate category is required for the industry-specific software. ITS INDUSTRY service is not independent and is considered active only if the user has access to the PROF or TECHNO online service. Each category of ITS INDUSTRY must be activated separately for the corresponding industry-specific software category.

3 HOURLY SERVICE
Services may be provided on an hourly basis if the customer accomplish 1st and 2nd paragraph:
- At the customer’s office. Visit to customer office is the most effective way to provide services. Minimum acceptable service time of specialist - 2 hours.
- Remotely. Implemented through remote access programs such as: TeamViewer, Ammyy Admin or via the provided terminal access. Minimum acceptable service time of specialist - 1 hour.
- Remotely (non-working hours). Works requiring exclusive access to the information base can be performed in non-working time. Such works may include: installation of updates; modification of configuration; backup and etc. Minimum acceptable service time of specialist - 1 hour.
- At the customer’s office
- Remotely (non-working hours)
4 SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE BY TARIFF PLANS
To be serviced under subscription may be more profitable for you instead of hourly services if your company needs regular services. Benefits:
- Planning costs. You will not exceed the budget set by the tariff plan;
- The availability of resources. We can guarantee timely help because we know how many hours you’re going to need next month.
Minimum subscription period is 3 months. Payment is made in advance for the entire contract period. Unused hours don't accumulate and don't carried forward.
